       At a local chapter meeting of the Radio Communications Moni-
       toring  Association  (RCMA),  a	club officer announced that
       Canadian	members	were not receiving  the	 club  newsletters.
       The newsletters are being confiscated by	the postal authori-
       ties because they contain frequency  information	 for  radio
       systems	for  the Royal Canadian	Mounted	Police (RCMP), air-
       port security, etc.

       A letter	in the January	1984  issue  of	 Monitoring  Times,
       another	 publication  which  includes  frequency  listings,
       claims that this	magazine is  being  confiscated	 in  Canada
       also.
