You had better hire some software documentation specialists for your
program or it will all go down the drain once you discover that noone
knows what was done in the past.  Trying to document a system using
your programmers and analysts is like turning the zoo over to the 
monkeys.  Get "expert" help for documentation, don't go the way of
UNI(you know) and create a mess that will take another 5 years to
clean up.
