Due to continuing requests, I have reposted the source to a program to
do joke rotation, both to encrypt outgoing jokes and to decrypt
incoming jokes.  It has been posted to both net.jokes.d and
net.sources.  If your site doesn't get either of those newsgroups, send
me mail and I'll send you a copy of the program.

Now, so this isn't a jokeless submission, let me put in two tasteless
jokes.  These are from the book "Truly Tasteless Jokes Three" by
Blanche Knott and published by Ballantine Books.  True lovers of
tasteless jokes should seek out all three volumes of this series (they
were available in gift boxes at Waldenbooks at Christmastime).
