A collection of college fight songs with words appropriately altered (there's
a little profanity, but nothing serious enough to rotate):

1. You can tweak the first two lines of this one to fit your own situation.
   Sung to the tune of the Notre Dame fight song:

        Beers, beers for good old Purdue!
        You bring some vodka, I'll bring some too.
        Send some senior out for gin;
        Don't let a sober freshman in.
        We seldom stagger, we never fall;
        We sober up on wood alcohol,
        While our loyal boys go marching
        Up to the bar for more.

2. I expect some flames on this one:  This is a revision of "Bear Down,
   Arizona", the fight song of the University of Arizona (whose colors, by
   the way, are red & blue).  I graduated from Arizona State....

        Fall down, Arizona;
        Fall down, black and blue!
        Fall down, Arizona;
        You know damn well you're through!
        Fall down, Arizona;
        Fall down, black and blue--
        Trip!  Fall!  Drop that ball!
        Arizona, fall down!

3. I stole this revision of "Hail Purdue" from a colleague of mine who is now
   Un*x manager at this site (Purdue University Computing Center), and whose
   entire college education occurred at Purdue.  I hope he doesn't take me to
   court for copyright violation (I've revised it a little myself, so I should
   be safe)....

        Hell, hell with old Purdue;
        I want my money back!
        Hell, hell with old Purdue;
        You stabbed me in the back!
        And because you're all of brick
        You really make me sick.
        All the time we're screwed by you,
        So go to hell, Purdue!

I am curious to see other revised fight songs in this group.  Particularly
would I enjoy seeing someone from the University of Arizona post a revision
of "Maroon and Gold" [Arizona State's fight song], if such exists....
