My wife and I have a condo which we would like to rent out when we move
to a larger place.  We figure that selling it would be a losing
proposition with the market in its present condition.  A few years ago,
I spoke with a real estate person who was very much in favor of putting
such properties in trust.  The arguments he gave were persuasive but
I can't remember them. So........

What are the (dis)advantages of putting it in trust?  How painful, costly,
etc?  Who chooses the trustees?  Who can be beneficiaries of the trust?
