Can anyone comment about the advantages and disadvantages of taking a
builder to small claims court for not living up to written and verbal
commitments on repairs and adjustments in a new house?  In my county,
Union County, the limit in small claims court is $5,000, which easily
covers what I need to have done in my new home.  Thanks in advance.
