In mid 1983 Scientific American magazine announced a "Luring Lottery"
wherin anybody could enter any number of times and would receive
$1,000,000/N where N = the total number of entries received.

I don't subscribe to Sc. Am. - Does anybody out there know how
the lottery came out?  And in what issue the results were discussed?
