The oddity involves clearing the screen. In other versions of the P-system that I have seen you can clear the screen with: page(output); assuming output is the screen, of course. Well, this doesn't seem to work in this version. It's obvious this can be accomplished, the P-system itself can clear the screen, and it's usually written in pascal also.
