An interesting thing about the Apple annual report is the front cover
illustration. It shows a graph with years as one scale (83-86). There
are various arrows going up the graph, but two are prominent.
The first has a little apple on top of it. The second, get this, 
has the letters "IBM" on it. The two arrows look tied at about '85.
The other arrows all die out around '84. Then in '86, the is an arrow
coming in from the side.....with a Japanese flag on it.
