Oh yeah, the louder you yell the sooner you'll get what you want. What is the need for net.sources.pc when no one is posting articles which would go in such a newsgroup? Note that people on the ARPANET don't post code, it gets deposited in a central machine which other ARPANET users can access. Since they don't post programs, having net.sources.pc would not give you access to such.
