You can then edit files in any directory. This is much better than haveing several copies of wordstar on the hard disk. Wordstar does have to be installed to use D as its overlay disk but this is part of the install program with vers 3.3. An added benifit is much faster performance as the time to load an overlay is nil. This method does of course assume that you have memory enough for a ram disk to be created.
