The following TERMCAP entry usually works.  I use it with a home-grown
terminal program written in CI-C86.  It uses the ANSI.SYS terminal driver
supplied with MSDOS 2.x.


xt|ibmxt:am:bs:ce=\E[K:cl=\E[2J:cm=\E[%i%d;%dH:co#80:do=\E[B:li#25:nd=\E[C:up=\E[A

Apologies for not remembering how to break a TERMCAP line in the middle
properly.
