Below is a questionnaire about software used on the TRS-80 Mod I/III/4.
I would greatly appreciate any answers or suggestions on how to improve
such a questionnaire.  I will submit a follow-up if there is sufficient
response:

(2)  Which dos do you use most frequently?

	(b) NEWDOS
	(c) LDOS

	(e) MULTIDOS

(3)  What do you like best about your more used dos?

(4)  What would you like added to it?  (i.e. New features, commands)

(5)  Do you use your computer for:

	(b) Personal Home Uses
	(c) Games

(6)  If you use a program in a category, what is your favorite:

(7)  What piece of hardware do you think you will add to your current

(8)  Why did you get a Radio Shack machine (discounting LNW or MAX
