I fail to see how the C language (not to be confused with what a compiler does with it) is intimately tied to the PDP-11. Anyway, the idea of ADA "taking over" makes me nauseous. Hopefully, since the DOD accounts for a small percentage of our business, we won't have ADA forced upon us.
