	I read in yesterday's paper that the city fathers of
	Pasadena, California are rightfully prosecuting those
	hooligans from Cal Tech who defiled the scoreboard of
	the venerable Rose Bowl.  I think it is commendable
	that the civic officials have decided to make an
	example of these hackers who, after all, give scientists
	and engineers everywhere a bad name.  It would
	certainly be appropriate for everyone to write the
	Pasadena city council congratulating them for showing
	that they are men of principle and women of principle.
