The last I heard, if you try to pay with more than one roll of coins, the recipient doesn't have to take them. That works out to $0.50 of pennies, $2 in nickels, $5 in dimes, $20 in quarters. I heard that the Anthony dollars are legal tender in any amount, so if you want to pay your tax bill in them, you might have a case. Re: $100 bills with no photo ID... Does the store HAVE to sell you goods? Unless the store is legally obligated to accept trade from anyone who walks in, I don't see why they should have to take $100 bills if they don't want to.
