Horror struck a young married couple in downtown Toronto this afternoon
when they discovered that, while doing laundry the other day, not a single
sock had gotten lost.  In a possibly related incident, there were no
reports of fresh wombat burrows anywhere near the building that day.  
Police and the CIA/Canadian-Bureau were puzzled by the lack of incident
and are scheduling a full-scale investigation.
