Whenever someone claims that "Plan 9 From Outer Space" is the
worst movie ever made, I usually agree with them.  But a close
second is a movie I saw in about 1975.  It was a sequel or rip-off
to the Billy Jack movies.  I can't remember the title, but the
bad guy's name was "Gangrene".  Does anyone else remember this
film?  What was the title?
