My coddle-brained memory recalls Doris as the wife of the Iowa farmer. HOWEVER, I don't recall hearing her!! When he was in the laundry room talking, I presume a woman's voice was heard.....why would they have dubbed M. K. Place's voice over a young woman's as she spoke in front of the camera??
