The fact that there are generally numerous questions left unresolved when the Supreme Court overturns a lower court's decision doesn't justify an "always". I was obviously thinking of Supreme Court decisions in favor of a defendant in a criminal case, a situation which doesn't apply in the Silkwood case. Oh, well. I guess I should prepare for flames. ---- Prentiss Riddle ("Aprendiz de todo, maestro de nada.") {ihnp4,seismo,ctvax}!ut-sally!riddle
