No, the moon *is* Endor!

In RotJ, both DV & the Emporer refer to the rebels
as being "on Endor".  I heard them!

However, the phrase "the forest moon of Endor" certainly seems
to imply that the moon is a sattelite of Endor, not Endor itself.
