I can't believe this "Classical Music" is "REAL".  Reading spots off
a page put there by somebody else 400 years ago and making noise out
of them is real?  I remember one country picker a while back who said,
"Yeah, I can read music - but not enough to hurt my playing none."
Real, yeah.  Real dead.  I'm glad I sold my clarinet to the priest.

Edie Massey (the Egg Lady) is one of the folks who show up in Jon
Waters movies (*Polyester*, *Pink Flamingos* (whence comes the "Egg
Lady" nickname), and *Female Trouble* are the ones I know she's been in
(words chosen carefully there to avoid saying "act" in any inflection)).

As for "classical" music's reality--well, given the choice between
MTVoid Top n, the incoherence and ineptitude that passes for New Wave,
and Josquin des Prez, I know what I'd choose.
