Flipping through the pages of the TV Guide, I discovered that a PBS
show called "The Music of Man" is being shown (again) in the Boston
area on channel 44, starting tonight (Jan 10) at 8:00.  I haven't
seen it-- the TV guide says  "An eight-part series on the evolution of
music.  The opener examines rythm as the basis of musical expression".
I thought people around here might be interested in knowing that it
would be shown.  I am.

Some time ago (a year? two?) I requested information and speculation
on the physics of harmony.  Quite a while later I got a mail request
for a copy of the responses, which request I immediately lost.  (Trusting
my memory, sent the whole shebang to the wrong person.  Sorry.)  If
you are there, ask again...
