It appears that ITT is having problems getting news and mail to San
Diego area sites.  I understand that this is due to new hardware and to
4.2 BSD conversion problems.  Until ITT gets its act together, be
advised that no news and little mail is reaching the net at large from
San Diego, and vice versa.
