Our incoming batch feed from seismo was broken between 
1:00 AM January 4,1983 and 11:00 AM january 5, 1983.
The lost batch news is in the process of being recovered

Sites on the other side of seismo from us can ignore this
message.  Sites upstream from us only lost news if they
sent it to us via news batching.
