Site "msdc" is still down and is expected to remain down for a least a
few more weeks.  Please do not route any mail to Atlanta area sites
through msdc.  Instead, route through "akgua" or "gatech," each of
which has connections with all other Atlanta area sites.

If you don't send mail to any Atlanta area sites, why not?  We're
mostly nice folks here.  Y'all say hi sometime, okay?
