I'm for letting die any group that no one wants to save.  So
leave net.movies.sw, net.college, net.rec.birds, and kill the
other 10 on Jan 2 if no one has written in asking to save them
or posted to them.

Merging net.rec.skydive into net.rec, net.games.pacman into
net.games.video, and net.records into net.music seems sensible.

A Question:
What happens to the notes that are in groups that are removed?
Are archives kept somewhere?
