The correct permissions are easy to determine, just examine an already active directory. Then edit the active file and add the new name with a sequence number of 00000, as along as inews is quiet, there is no danger as far as I can see, and there is definately no danger of the addition being propagated across the net. Personally I keep a watch on the group "junk" to make sure we are not missing an active group and use the above procedure if I find one. -- Dave Legg, DCIEM, Toronto, Ont.
