HELP!!  I know some of you out there have gotten these beasties.
My local North-Jersey rep can't seem to get any stock or co-operation
from Seimens; claims to not even have obtained any Operator's
Manuals for units shipped last Fall.  Is this the current state of
things or are they and/or we getting the run-around?
