King It would be very easy to measure the ability of a psi to affect radioactive decay. The functioning of a nuclear reactor depends very delicately on the number of neutrons released per fission, and on the speed with which the fission products decay and release more neutrons. I hereby challange any PSI "adept" to walk into a nuclear reactor building and cause the servos to move the control rods either in or out. (If he damped the reaction, even a small amount, the servo would pull out the rods to compensate.) This would be a repeatabe experiment. Dick -------
