	I guess it is a failed attempt at humor, or your failed attempt to
convince yourself that I omitted a ":-)".  
	I know that I'm not brainwashed, because I have no brain to wash.

And when I had a brain, I never accepted a [political | moral | ...]
idea so strongly that I couldn't see some merit in opposing arguments.  And
since I've never been thoroughly convinced of anything myself, I can never
justify trying to convince others of some position or other.   After a while,
even the weather report looks like propaganda :-).
