	According to Mr. Speaks (sp?) at the White House, Reagan has
*already* indicated that he will reject the recommendation of the so-called
"Kissinger" commission that further aid to Nicaragua be tied to stricter
observance of human rights.  That's just great; Ronnie has rejected their
conclusions without even seeing their final report...well, several members
of Congress may have other ideas about this when they go into session later
this month.
	Obviously, I disagree with R.R. on this one; but what is even more
interesting is that he would reject this report *now* when Congress may
shove it down his throat later...and in an election year.
