The longer life spans of 7th Day Adventists probably has something
to do with their dietary habits.  "Breakfast is golden, lunch is
silver, supper is lead."  I also believe (but I'm not sure)  that
many of them are vegetarian.  There is a 7th Day Adventist cookbook
out.  I don't have it, but I've glance through it.  A lot of
whole-grain recipes.
