In the past, Maharishi has stated that only 1% of the population of a country needs to get together to meditate to bring harmony to that country. Now, all of sudden, he said that "the square root of 1%" needs to get together. It appears as if Maharishi thinks that 1% = the square root of 1%. I wanted to point out that the square root of 1% is 10%, meaning that Maharishi contradicted himself.
