I've heard implications that it is easier to get a MOTOS for a relationship
(no matter how brief) on the West Coast, than it is on the East Coast.  I have
never been to the West Coast to learn for myself.  For those of you who have
spent some time on both sides of the continent (whether you're American or
Canadian) can you tell some of us how true this may be?
