In regard to the opinion that "trying too hard"
could mean sending flowers to someone you care
about ... I vehemently disagree.  I would be
and currently am flattered by any man who sends
me flowers from a florist.  It's an age old
tradition, that has been forgotten by many young
men.  ("Young Men," please forgive the stereotype.)
But I'm certain that's one of the reasons why I
like older men ...
