But, to say that any attraction at the first sight is lust would be incorrect. There are people you see and get a warm feeling through you (different that what you might get on seeing a scantily dressed voluptuous lady) and a desire to be able to talk to the person or be close to her. I think the reason is that most people have some kind of image of what their dream person looks like. It might not be clearly stated in the mind, but very often it exists. Even the qualities one wants in their ideal MOTOS translate into some kind of fuzzy image of the person. Sometimes when you see a person which in some ways matches this image of the ideal partner (one might not know this because the image itself might not be well difined), the person feels a strong attraction towards the other person. So, I think there is more than simple infatuation or lust, when there is strong initial attraction (maybe just by the features, or the way a person carries him/her self). But, saying that is love would certainly be carrying it too far.
