Self Pity is not so good (even if one was truly and genuinely mistreated). But let's talk about your 2000+ word paper on this issue, Laura. You are tough, aren't you? And I suppose the people on net.singles will continue to get a strong dose of your "mean" therapy whether they ask for it or not. Do you have some kind of a mission to "save" the troubled and the needy? Well go on if you do. I am not objecting to your act. But how about a little suggestion? Next time you decide to "analyze" us, give us the medication slowly. If you write a 200 line article, I think you want to be read. You can increase your chances of being read by writing shorter articles. I almost don't skip any short articles and I read them carefully. This is not true about longer ones. This is probably true of some other people also. I hope you don't look at this as one of the "hate mail" you get because it is not. P.S. Although this article is directed at one person, I posted the article because I find the subject broad enough.
