You simply donate enough money to a charity that sees things your way. By dividing the contributions up to meet legal requirements you can deduct enough to avoid paying any taxes. Note however that this requires you to give somewhere between 2-5 times as much to the charity as you would otherwise give to the government, depending on your bracket.
