Testing  new notes -> news  conversion  code.  This new  version  should
eliminate  the "-  (nf)"  title  suffix,  also it  moves  the two  notes
information  lines into the header so that normal news users  don't have
to look at them.  I'd appreciate hearing from anyone down the line who:

(1)	has a news system which is confused in some way by this article, or

(2)	gets this article *without* the line 'Nf-ID:' in the header

In either case, please mail me back a copy of the complete  article text
(with header), and if (1) please tell me what the problem appears to be.
Possible   problems  might  include   difficulty  in  dealing  with  the
Message-ID, since the number is larger than usual.
