Recently, on of our disks "crashed". We heard by rumor of companies that
specialize in the recovery of damaged or crashed disks. Does anybody have
experience with these services or know a company that provides this
service. 

The disk in question is a Fujitsu Eagle, and to the best of our knowledge, the
head has not touched the surface yet.
