 We are trying to bring 4.1c up on a VAX and here's what happened with
restor:
	  #restor r /dev/rra0h
	  Bad key character r
	  Usage: restor xfhmsvy file file... or restor tf
	  #
The online documentation says that the r (and R) option exists.
What's the problem?
