Is it me or is there a problem with the Vi editor command "control B"?
If a number is prefixed to the command the editor clears the screen
or worse, locks up the terminal.  
Another problem that comes up every once in a while is using "p"
after deleting part of a line with "D".  Using "p" at the end of the
line sometimes creates garbled words at the end.

Does Vi have a problem or me?
