Well, if you interpret the word "vegetarian" as "one who consumes only
vegetation", then I don't think there are many vegetarians on earth.
Practically everybody consumes something other than vegetation
(meat, fish, poultry, eggs, milk, cheese, water, salt, etc.).

If you interpret "vegetarian" as "one who consumes mostly vegetation",
then that lets in practically everybody.  Oh dear.
