It's easier to clean up the kitchen without meat (don't have all that meat grease to contend with). I feel better, less sluggish when I don't eat alot of meat. I eat meat when I go out to a restuarant, friends, and cook meat about once or twice a week at home. When I do cook meat, it is combined with other things, in a casserole or stir-fry dish, and we eat slightly less than 4 oz. of beef per person for dinner.
