Having done so I find cleaning up in the kitchen much easier. Not only the pots and pans put the stove top also. I also don't have to be careful about what I put in the indoor kitchen trash can. (Try leaving the packaging for a nice juicy steak in there for a few days and the stench will knock you over when you open the trash can...) I have also found that meatless meals generally don't produce the lethargic state that tends to follow a meal that is mostly meat...
