Unfertilized eggs are generally produced by the commercial egg industry which uses hormones that increase the laying yield. The health food motivation in us tells us to avoid commercial eggs. Eating fertile eggs is morally objectionable to me. Yet we like to eat eggs. Anyone out there have a way of thinking about this situation that helps? -ken bronstein hp-pcd!ken
