Does anyone have an nroff macro for "-me" package to produce an
idented table of contents? something like the following:
 
    1. Introduction .............. 1
    2. Section 2 ................. 2
       2.1 Goal .................. 3
       2.2
    3. Section 3 ................. 4
 
"me" package has an option .(x and .)x and .xp for gathering
information and printing them as the table of contents.  However
it does not do any identation and quite honestly I couldn't
figure out how to modify it.
I really appreciate any help in this matter.  I need it very badly.
