Hi.  I've heard rumors of a propsosed operating systems standard, probably for
microcomputers, possibly from the IEEE?  Does anyone know anything about this?
In particular, I'd like to know (a) the standard number, (b) which standards
group it is, (c) where I can get a draft (from a magazine, or ordering it, or
electronic mail, or whatever).  Please *MAIL* responses to me and I will post
