The document is the ANSI standard specification for 'North American PresentationLevel Protocol Syntax' (NAPLPS) which is a highly efficient form of encoding
text & graphics and was originally developed from the Canadian 'Telidon'
Teletext system.
    As far as I am aware, it is not available anywhere in the UK at the moment.
If anyone could mail me saying how to get ahold of a copy I would be most
gratefull.
